How are community foundations adapting their business models to deepen community impact and strengthen their leadership role? Join us for an engaging webinar featuring researcher Sarina Beges, who will share early findings from the Aspen Institute’s Community Foundation Business Model Initiative research focused on small- and mid-sized community foundations serving rural and underinvested communities. Drawing from survey data and emerging insights, Sarina will offer a first look at how foundations are experimenting with new approaches to revenue, partnerships, governance, and community leadership. This interactive session includes ample time for questions and discussion, giving participants an opportunity to help shape the research and identify the findings most valuable to the field.
