We are searching for the next Executive Director for the Derby Community Foundation (DCF), a partner of CommunityGiving (CG).  The ideal candidate will bring both development and nonprofit leadership experience while possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic heart.

This is a flexible full-time position. How do we define flexible? The Executive Director has a voice in time and place work will be done. This exempt role comes with full-time benefits and a salary based on 35-40 hours per week. The Executive Director will need to be available for public engagements & meetings in Derby, KS however the balance of work can be done from home, the office or your favorite coffee shop.

The Executive Director of the Derby Community Foundation will provide leadership and oversight to the development, grantmaking, and community activities of DCF. This is the key community representative for the DCF, working collaboratively with both the DCF Board and the entire CG staff, to advance philanthropy in the Derby community.
